RETURN POLICY

 

Returns/Exchanges

You may return an item for a refund or exchange as long as it is in the same condition as it was sent.  Returns must be received within 30 days.  No open music will be accepted.  Please include your order number, return address and if you are looking for an exchange or a refund, in with the return.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We do cover the cost of sending an exchange back to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refunds (if applicable) 


Once your return is received, we ask that you allow 7-14 business days for a refund to be processed.  Only a product refund will be issued.  We do not refund Shipping & Handling Costs.
